Saved Sessions Disappeared After Updating WST to the New Version

Hi,

Today I started WST after the update. First there was a message about a conversion, and then an error, and after restarting, the login window appeared.

The six years’ worth of saved sessions have disappeared.

In the directory:
android\Android\data\de.sunbits.windsporttracker\files

It’s empty.

Could the update have wiped the entire history?

Hi,

don’t worry – your data isn’t lost. Most importantly: do not delete the app.

Migrating to the new version requires an account (registration is free). For the first 27 days, you’ll have full access to all features at no cost.

What to do:

  1. If you see a double-arrow icon with a red number next to the Logbook in the top-right corner – tap it. You’ll see your old sessions and can upload them one by one by tapping the arrow next to each session.
  2. If this icon isn’t there – go to your profile (bottom-right corner). You’ll find a button there that allows you to restart the migration.

Migration has been running in the background since the first launch and preparing your data. After successful registration, your sessions should automatically appear in the Logbook.

Let us know if either of these options worked!

I can’t log in on my phone.

I created an account on my computer, but when I try to log in on my phone, I get the message:

“Login failed. Please check your login details and try again.”

The password recovery option also doesn’t work.

EDIT:
I also tried to create a new account on my phone, but after selecting the “Next” button,
the message appears: “Registration failed. Please try again.”
