What happens if I delete gear?

I no longer have some gear. If I delete an item from my Gear list will

  1. the session remain?
  2. the gear item still be listed in the gear for the sessions I used it in?

Hi, if you delete a gear item, it will be removed everywhere — including all session connections that reference it.

What you should do instead is archive the gear item. Archived gear is hidden from your gear list by default (you can show it again via the filter), but it stays linked to all past sessions.
