By subscribing to the plan, will the old previous tracks, from when the service was free, become visible again on my platform? Thanks, Andrea
The first thing to know: the first 27 days are free — you can already view your old sessions without subscribing. A subscription is only necessary after the trial period ends.
Your old sessions are migrated automatically, provided you have updated the app on the same Android device where your V1 data was saved. The only thing to do beforehand is create an account — since V1 didn’t have accounts, the app needs to know where to send your data.
Migration happens in the background and takes a little time. You will see a number next to Logbook indicating how many sessions are in the queue. If nothing appears, go to your profile — at the top you will find the option to restart the migration manually.
