Find an event by timestamp

Hi Matthias,
Here’s one more idea to keep you from getting bored when the weather isn’t suitable for sailing (by the way, I don’t know much about you—what equipment do you use? Which area do you sail in?)

Anyway, here’s a typical example of a training session.
If I spot an exceptional point on the route, I click on the map, and the timestamp at the bottom adjusts to show me, in addition to the rose diagram, some useful information.

The request concerns the opposite: clicking in the bar at the bottom to position the rose diagram (and possibly center the map) on the event that was clicked. In the example of my sailing session, if I want to find out, for instance, under what circumstances I reached my top speed at ~14:47, it’s impossible. The track is so “tangled” that no matter how many sections of the route I click on, I can’t find the “right” moment.

Good news: this feature already exists! Long-press (hold down) on the graph at the bottom—the corresponding position will be highlighted on the map, and the pink chart will update to display the data at that exact point. While keeping your finger pressed, you can drag left or right to move along the route, and both the map and chart will update in real time.

This should allow you to pinpoint exactly the conditions when you reached your top speed at 2:47 p.m.
