Payment for subscriptions is not going through

Payment for subscriptions is not going through either card or BLIK.

It is confirmed in the bank, but it does not deduct from the balance.

If 4 of them drop later, I will be angry (because I tried that many times).

Will you fix this?

On our end, we don’t see any completed transactions in the system, which suggests that Google Play authorized the charges on your bank’s side but never actually processed them. This means no money will be deducted – the pending entries on your bank statement will disappear automatically within a few business days.

Google Play payments can sometimes fail for reasons outside of our control. The most reliable way to subscribe is directly through our web app at https://app.windsporttracker.com – payments there work independently of Google Play.
