Is there already a way, or could a way be developed, to indicate when you’re no longer using equipment? Use case: The entry for the equipment used for a session includes all the equipment you’ve ever owned. It would be easier to only display the equipment (boards, sails, and fins) that you’re still actively using or own. Old equipment shouldn’t be completely deleted, as you’ll still need it for your statistics.

From V2 (2.x.x) you can archive gear that’s no longer in use. Archived items are hidden from your gear list by default but stay linked to past sessions, so no data is lost. Enable the archived filter to view details and statistics when needed.
