Could you please try this: completely close the application (not just in the background, but via the recent apps list), and then relaunch it. Is the hardware visible again?
To pinpoint the bug, I need two clarifications:
Did you install the update offered by WST on startup, or did you ignore it?
After adding the TT board, did all the hardware disappear (including the one you had just added), or only the rest (wings, foil)?
Could you also send me your account email address via private message? This will allow me to check directly on the server side.
Hello,
So I’m one of those old folks who have the strange habit (if I trust my younger peers) of turning off their phone every night.
I hadn’t gone back to WST so as not to risk worsening the situation.
This morning, following your message, I went back. I confirm that I have recovered EVERYTHING: the old equipment, the new one that I recorded last time. Everything is there. I looked at 2 sessions (the last one and an older one) and the material is indeed recorded in the sessions.
To get back to your questions:
1/ I have no idea, I admit I read the question way too quickly. It seemed to me that it was mainly information about the latest version.
2/ I had lost the rest. The TT board I had just added remained present. It was all the previously entered material that had disappeared.
Thank you for this detailed feedback, it’s very helpful.
Good news: your equipment was never lost on the server side; it remained correctly registered in your account and your sessions. Its disappearance in the app was a display issue, not a loss of data.
I cannot identify the exact cause yet, but I am of noting this case to keep monitoring it.
Thank you for checking so thoroughly and for reporting it!
