No recording

Recently, nothing is being recorded anymore. It used to work perfectly fine. Same bag, same wetsuit, same storage location during the ride. Time is displayed but no speed etc. What am I doing wrong? What could be the reason?

So, I tried it again during a car ride. Without a waterproof bag and without neoprene over the phone. The recording also breaks off again shortly after the start. What could be the reason for this???

what kind of phone do you have?
Maybe there was an update for the phone, in which case the settings for exceptions from battery optimizations may have been reset.

Please check that the app is excluded from any optimizations and that it is allowed to run in the background. In most cases, this can be done by long-pressing the app icon and then going to App Info. From there, you should be able to access all system settings related to the app.

Unfortunately, we have no influence on the system-wide settings for saving power; the manufacturers do this independently. For this reason, the exceptions unfortunately have to be set manually in different places depending on the manufacturer.
