Compatibility with One Plus devices (android)

Hi, is anyone using this app on a One Plus device? Specifically; One Plus 5T.

I have turned off battery optimization, and allow the app to run in the background.

Whenever I get off of the water the session always starts from 0:00 seconds again and doesn’t register any distance covered.

However, whilst unlocked it does register distance.

Any help will be appreciated :grin:

Hi,

one plus is sadly one of the manufactures that don’t follow the Android Guidelines for battery optimizations.

Did you already had a look here:

and follow what is suggested over there?
