# Finding WST data on new phone?

My error, I meant to at least backup my files before upgrading to a new model Samsung phone, but somehow trusted that the otherwise excellent files/apps transfer process would include everything from WST. But it’s not loading, and it looks like everything is gone. 🤧  
Has anyone else run into this and found a solution?

I’m sorry to hear that.  
auto sync function between phones does not work with locally stored data ☹

If you switched to a new phone, does it mean you still have the old one?  
If so, you can migrate them.

In addition, I can only tell you that the next version will have an automatic sync feature. The next version is already in the beta testing stage.
