In this section, we explain the most frequently asked topics.

- **Generic issues** : If you have a general problem related to a topic, you can ask directly within that topic.
  - Example: “I cannot create a subscription.”
  - Example: “Importing sessions does not work.”

- **Specific issues** : If your problem is specific, please create a new thread in the Support section or reply to an existing thread that matches your case.
  - Example: “My credit card on Android does not work for subscription.”
  - Example: “Import of file XY fails on Android.”

💡 **Tip:** You can write posts in your preferred language. New contributions are automatically translated into all supported languages, so everyone can read and respond.
